We are looking for a self-starter to assist with our firm's strategic and productive marketing and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing and sales directives, serving as the brand's face and voice, and building quality relationships with new clientele.

The Customer Relationship Manager will engage in direct communication with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and research target markets to identify new and existing customers. They will also communicate with other team members on product features and benefits, overturn objections, and respond to account inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Desired skills for success include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills, a tenacious and driven mindset, and impeccable time management skills. This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Greater DC area, requiring local candidates who can start immediately.
