Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide Direct Care to Residents
  • Supervise Activities Performed by Nursing Assistants
  • Promptly Chart and Maintain Documentation for Residents
  • Prepare and Administer Medications
  • Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with Team Members

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Valid, Current Nursing License in Illinois
  • Current CPR Certification
  • At Least One Year of Experience in Long-term Care

Compensation Details: 32-37 Hourly Wage
