At Dragonfly Pond Works, we are committed to providing exceptional environmental services to our clients. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through nurturing relationships within your assigned region.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for identifying target clients, pursuing new leads, and serving as the primary point of contact for all inbound client inquiries and requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and client outreach
  • Developing and implementing client touch programs to nurture relationships and drive sales growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of work
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive business growth

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
  • Experience in sales, relationship development, and customer experience
  • College degree, preferred
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
