Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mission Rock Residential, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for touring our community with prospective residents, assisting current residents with their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease and pre-lease units to prospective residents
  • Conduct tours of the property in all weather conditions
  • Assist current residents with lease-related issues, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
  • Ensure model apartments are prepared for showings on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean and organized office/clubhouse environment
  • Assist with resident retention, community events, and lease renewals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Customer service experience preferred
Work Schedule

Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday/Thursday off) with regular working hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
