Job Summary:

We are a leading franchise of Domino's Pizza, with 59 locations in CA & AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Conduct daily food safety audits to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage team schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
  • Purchase food and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Count and reconcile inventory daily to prevent losses.
  • Run shifts and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to meet quality standards.
  • Take customer orders and provide excellent service.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Servsafe certification and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete required daily paperwork and reports.
  • Treat all employees with dignity and respect, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
