The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily functions of training initiatives that foster an organizational culture centered on education and advancement.

The Coordinator collaborates closely with the Education team and acts as the primary contact for instructors, participants, and both internal and external partners related to designated program areas.
Key responsibilities include organizing class schedules, processing registrations, coordinating with instructors, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
The Coordinator is expected to maintain expertise in the administrative operations of the online learning management system and provide technical assistance through various communication channels.
QualificationsEducation:
- A Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a team-oriented office setting is essential.
- Proficiency in email communication, word processing, and spreadsheet applications is required.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, content design tools, and report generation is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in coordinating training programs within workplace or healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Teaching experience, including curriculum development and staff training, is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to learn and utilize new software applications, including Learning Management Systems and design tools.
- Outstanding communication skills and the capacity to provide courteous customer service in challenging situations are required.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional and visual design is a plus.
- Understanding of project management concepts is beneficial.
