YOUR ROLE

The Stio Mountain Studio Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers at our retail location. This position demands a commitment to outstanding customer service, which encompasses a deep understanding of our brand narrative and products, engaging with customers, and effective selling techniques. Our Sales Associates are dedicated to fostering a collaborative team environment that enhances customer interactions through meaningful connections, comprehensive product knowledge, and a genuine passion for our offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold the visual appeal of the store through regular cleaning, display organization, and mannequin updates.
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving shipments, restocking sales floor items, and maintaining an orderly back-stock area.
  • Handle various operational tasks such as answering customer inquiries and processing service requests.
  • Provide accurate and current information regarding Stio products, promotions, and pricing.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale system to efficiently manage customer transactions, including payments, refunds, exchanges, and gift card processing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to a growing market.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is necessary; experience with POS systems is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This is a part-time, hourly position with year-round availability.
  • Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Flexible scheduling options are available.
