YOUR ROLE

As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Stio Mountain Studio, you will be an integral part of our retail team, delivering outstanding customer service daily. In this full-time keyholder position, you will share responsibilities for opening and closing the store, assist in training new employees, and provide leadership in addressing customer needs. You are expected to maintain a high standard of customer service, which encompasses a deep understanding of our brand narrative and products, engaging with customers, and driving sales. Your daily tasks will also include upholding visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory management, and ensuring the store remains organized.

The Retail Sales Supervisor reports directly to the Mountain Studio Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with a team to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Effectively multitask while prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to scheduling needs
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance to align with store expectations
  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures in the absence of management
  • Utilize point of sale (POS) systems for product inquiries and transaction processing
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive self-starter capable of managing daily tasks and customer interactions
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and POS experience; Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$24 DOE
  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position
