YOUR ROLE
The Stio Mountain Studio Sales Specialist is dedicated to delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers at our retail location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold the visual appeal of the store through regular cleaning, mannequin updates, display organization, and overall tidiness.
- Manage inventory deliveries, restock products on the sales floor, and maintain an orderly back-stock.
- Perform additional operational tasks, including responding to inquiries and processing customer service shipments.
- Provide knowledgeable and current information regarding Stio products, promotions, and pricing.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently handle customer transactions, including payments, refunds/exchanges, and gift cards.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all customers.
- A proactive learner eager to contribute to a growing market for Stio.
- Proficiency in computer systems is necessary; experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Alignment with Stio's Mission, Vision, and values.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Roles are part-time, hourly, and non-exempt with a pay range of $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
- Flexible scheduling is available throughout the week.
- Seasonal gear allowance for Stio products and a generous employee discount.
