Insurance Customer Support Specialist

Brightway Insurance is in search of a motivated individual to deliver outstanding support to our clients and policyholders.
Your role will involve assisting a licensed insurance agent with various policies, guiding prospective clients on coverage options, and facilitating the conversion of quotes into active policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to address concerns or complaints, offering suitable solutions while ensuring the resolution of issues.
- Verify client insurance coverage and provide policyholders with necessary proof of insurance documentation.
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage matters, consumer complaints, and general questions.
- Maintain records of all customer inquiries and follow up to ensure all questions regarding policies are thoroughly addressed.
Required Qualifications
- A strong work ethic can compensate for lack of experience.
- Active listening skills are essential.
- Excellent communication abilities are preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
