Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update patient information using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
  • Gather comprehensive patient histories, including chief complaints and medication lists.
  • Prepare and sanitize examination rooms before patient consultations.
  • Support healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Handle medication refills, prior authorizations, and manage supply orders.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in technology and software applications.
  • Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree and/or relevant healthcare experience.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in dermatology is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn dermatological terminology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Compensation will be based on experience and expertise.
