  • Engage with existing agency and broker clients through various communication channels.
  • Effectively manage the sales and enrollment portal with precision.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for agencies and brokers.
  • Handle the appointment and unappointment of agents as necessary.
  • Regularly update expired documentation on a monthly basis.
  • Develop marketing materials to support broker initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the sales and enrollment portal.
  • Coordinate with other departments as required.
  • Conduct eligibility verification checks.
  • Analyze production reports for insights.
  • Oversee the internal support needs arising from multiple inquiries from contracted agencies and brokers.
  • Cultivate relationships and respond to inquiries from brokers through various communication methods.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries that may require additional scrutiny, such as commission inquiries and enrollment application verification.
  • Provide training and support to brokers regarding products, services, processes, and available tools.
  • Review production reports to identify gaps, rapid disenrollment rates, and track agency and agent activities.
  • Actively participate in broker-related training sessions, representing the company professionally.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and provide relevant information for presentation events.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare sector.
  • 1-3 years of technical experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with specified limits are required.
  • Active Health Insurance License is mandatory.
