We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Support Specialist Part Time to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to client families, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely and effective support to client families, responding to their inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency and compassion.
  • Work closely with funeral directors and location managers to ensure that all arrangements are initiated and completed efficiently.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

**Requirements**

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
