Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
    • Measure and record vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare patients for examination or treatment
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for clinical use, billing, and physician review
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, communicating with patients, and managing knowledge
  • Operational Support
    • Ensure a clean and sanitary office environment, preparing examination and treatment rooms as needed
    • Order and maintain medical supplies, and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) in medical assistance or related field
  • One or more years of experience as a medical assistant at a healthcare facility
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of patient management software systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management processes
  • Fluency in more than one language, including American Sign Language
