Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Versiti Inc. The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support for various human resources related duties, including performance management, policy implementation, talent development/training, employee engagement, onboarding, diversity/equity/inclusion, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement new employee onboarding resources, including NEO content, onboarding tools, new hire training, and related intranet content.
  • Manage Learning Management System operations and support, including posting learning content, assignments, tracking, reporting, and analysis, as well as user support.
  • Coordinate scheduling and administrative support for meetings, training events, workshops, and employee events.
  • Develop and maintain intranet pages, including updates, training, and coaching of content editors.
  • Administer surveys, including creating, implementing, reporting, and analysis, such as Engagement Surveys, Learner Feedback, 360 Feedback, etc.
  • Manage vendor administration, including contract processing, purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain office procedures, processes, and systems to meet goals for quality, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and confidentiality.
  • Develop and distribute general and confidential correspondence, including memos, charts, dashboards, graphs, business plans, and other items as requested.
  • Compile data and assist in preparation of periodic or special projects, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc., for talent development and DEI.
  • Coordinate and complete projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
  • Understand and perform in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Comply with all standard operating policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years prior administrative experience required.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a human resources administrative role preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, and human resources information systems.
  • Strong customer service focus with ability to determine customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with sound problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet required timelines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
Tools and Technology
  • Personal Computer (desktop, laptop, tablet) required.
  • General office equipment (phone, printer, fax, copy machine) required.
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • HRIS experience preferred.
  • Learning Management System preferred.
