Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating raving fans. You will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business, working through complex deals and leveraging your insatiable curiosity to drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage prospects from lead to close, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Land new business within greenfield territory, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Regularly iterate messaging to scale our outbound prospecting engine, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of revenue intelligence, validating Gong as a leader in this emerging market.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop account-based sales strategies, uncovering value for go-to-market leaders.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a sales tech solution and a focus on Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consulting organizations.
  • A track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with Gong.io is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

The annual OTE for this position is $270,000 - $330,000 USD, with a location-based compensation structure. In addition to base compensation, the total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
