Lead Facilities Manager, Governance and Innovation

As a Senior Facilities Manager, Strategy and Innovation, you will play a crucial role in leading the exploration and execution of innovative solutions to tackle complex challenges within our organization. This position requires a seasoned expert who is adept at driving innovation, managing pilot initiatives, and strategically guiding the rollout of advanced projects aimed at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify and assess innovative solutions that address critical business challenges across various sectors.
- Oversee the discovery, development, and monitoring of pilot programs related to innovation solutions, ensuring comprehensive project management from start to finish.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful implementation and integration of new solutions.
- Maintain strong partnerships with subject matter experts in both hard and soft services, as well as with sourcing and operations leaders, to ensure a clear understanding of evolving business needs.
- Translate strategic ideas into actionable projects in collaboration with operations leaders.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of innovation projects to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to shape the innovation strategy.
- Partner with the sourcing team to identify opportunities for third-party supplier innovations.
- Facilitate monthly sessions to present new innovation opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in driving innovation and governance.
- Proficient knowledge of Integrated Facility Management.
- Experience in launching program strategies to implement new operational models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively manage relationships across the organization.
- In-depth understanding of Change Management principles.
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A passion for driving change and making a significant impact.
- Willingness to travel as required.
