- Evaluate the complete range of product capabilities with a focus on enhancing Customer Experience and streamlining processes.
- Collaborate across various functional areas to ensure alignment and commitment to delivering a cohesive customer experience.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders in Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand business strategies and needs.
- Utilize effective communication to clarify enhancement requests and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Employ a collaborative approach to identify business challenges and execute plans supported by data analysis and documentation.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing products while fostering innovation for new solutions.
- Document detailed requirements and workflows to facilitate clear communication with product development teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships and adhere to scaled agile principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Leverage expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the Media or AdTech sectors.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM, along with familiarity with other leading CRM tools.
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications are preferred.
- Background in software development and program management is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
