About the Role

We're seeking a VP of Business Growth to lead and drive the expansion of our B2B function. As a strategic leader, you'll develop and execute a GTM strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our overall growth goals and targets.

You'll own and manage the full P&L for the B2B business, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations teams. Your goal will be to build and maintain strategic enterprise-level partnerships, drive growth across both existing and new market channels, and directly manage the Enterprise Sales team.

You'll also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and transformation across key areas like onboarding, order-to-cash processes, product distribution, culinary and operational execution. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to executing and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategic vision for Wonder's B2B business
  • Own and manage the full P&L for the B2B business
  • Build and maintain strategic enterprise-level partnerships
  • Directly manage the Enterprise Sales team
  • Drive operational efficiency and transformation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B teams
  • Proven track record at a hyper-growth startup or experience scaling a business from an early stage
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
