Job Title: VP, Performance

Havas Media Network North America is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Performance Investment team. As VP, Performance, you will be responsible for driving business growth through analytical rigor and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-channel performance campaigns to deliver optimized solutions for brand awareness, prospecting, and re-marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget management, media buying, and reconciliation to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel media strategies for key clients, ensuring alignment with their overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage high-level client relationships and deliver strategic direction and thought leadership that enhances performance and supports long-term business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure performance strategies are seamlessly integrated into broader digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on social, search, and programmatic performance.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams in performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable performance insights and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of managing high-level client relationships and delivering growth.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in AI, CTV, and identity resolution, with the ability to integrate these innovations into existing performance strategies.
