About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at SVG Springfield Buick GMC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with exceptional sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain a loyal customer base by providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize your product knowledge and sales skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, features, and technologies to provide customers with informed purchasing decisions.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up and Follow-Through: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for referral business.
  • Objection Handling: Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Sales Manager to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Self-Starter: Possess a self-starter mentality and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Product Knowledge: Be eager to learn and stay up-to-date on new product offerings and features.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
