The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting both patients and clinical staff within the Pulmonary Clinic. This position is essential for ensuring that patients receive top-notch service and care from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle patient payments and coordinate billing inquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage referral processes.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographic information using our electronic medical record system.
