Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices for services jobs and local product orders, ensuring timely submission and payment processing.
  • Coding and submitting vendor invoices for timely payment processing.
  • Set up vendor accounts as needed and maintain accurate inventory transactions within applicable software programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, distributing messages, and maintaining organized file structures.
  • Support field services operations by interfacing with customers, coordinating with team members, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn additional software applications.
  • Fluent in English.
