About the Role

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT business, is seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Specialist to support a new prime contract for a Government program. This is a high-profile program that delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data.

The program focuses on commercial cloud technologies, high-performance computing, and enterprise architecture. As a Program Integration Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional support to our customer's unique and mission-critical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate program activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to program stakeholders, including government agencies and commercial enterprises.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Four years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three years of directly related experience for a total of seven years may be substituted.
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
