cFocus Software Incorporated is in search of a Project Coordinator to enhance our team dedicated to supporting critical cybersecurity initiatives. This role offers flexibility for remote work and necessitates an active Secret clearance along with compliance with 8570 standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in fields related to computer science, engineering, or technology.
  • Possession of an active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience and suitability within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Compliance with 8570 standards (Security+ CE).
  • A minimum of 15 years in IT cybersecurity management, including at least 3 years of direct service to the US Government OR a relevant Master's degree in IT, computer science, business, or engineering along with 10+ years of IT cybersecurity management experience, including 3 years of direct service to the US Government.
  • Relevant security certifications such as Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Project management certifications from recognized institutions such as Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) P/PM certification Level III, or Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) - P/PM certification Level II.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse audience including technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all services rendered under the Enterprise ISSO Program Services contract.
  • Accountable for the management, administration, technical accuracy, timeliness, and quality of services and products delivered under this contract.
  • Oversee the human resources required to execute the necessary activities.
