Our comprehensive solutions encompass end-to-end location services, cloud messaging platforms, precise location technologies, and data intelligence.

Role Purpose:

This position is essential for facilitating hardware, software, and IT upgrades and migrations, aimed at establishing sustainable infrastructure solutions and achieving cost efficiencies. This role can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, manage, and finalize the organization’s operational and infrastructure projects, including hardware relocation, new installations, decommissioning of outdated systems, and software deployment.
  • Ensure project activities align with the established scope and timeline.
  • Oversee cross-functional team dynamics and collaboration to fulfill the strategic goals of the Customer Experience, Operations, and PMO teams.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Confluence or MS Project for tracking progress.
  • Identify and manage risks related to cost, schedule, and quality for Operations projects.
  • Communicate project plans effectively to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist in developing project playbooks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent planning and execution.
  • Monitor project issues through tracking systems like Jira.
  • Resolve project challenges promptly by leveraging appropriate resources and methodologies.
  • Implement and adhere to established ISO processes for consistent project flow and documentation.
  • Regularly report on project metrics concerning budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Engage in additional projects as required to support PMO objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in project planning and execution.
  • Experience with hardware and software migrations.
  • Proficient in budget analysis.
  • Knowledge of data center rental agreements.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to organize diverse documents and requirements into a unified project plan.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to varied audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT-related projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Familiarity with data center layouts and hardware specifications.
  • Understanding of network architecture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and team dynamics.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and experience leading unique project initiatives.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and fostering team collaboration.
  • Proficient in project tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
  • Experience with MS Project, Confluence, or comparable project management tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
