Program Manager

**Immediate Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a talented Program Manager with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly within the Power Platform ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic oversight and direction in the design, development, and deployment of business and enterprise solutions utilizing Power Platform for federal government clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, assessing business needs, and leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to foster innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Additionally, this position involves conducting thorough industry research to pinpoint trends and opportunities for technological advancements, employing a value network analysis and information mapping methodology.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering comprehensive software solutions as a project or program manager. You will also play a key role in expanding our Microsoft practice by identifying and addressing market opportunities and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a suite of applications with a dedicated team of developers, architects, QA, and DevSecOps professionals.
  • Provide leadership and ensure that the team adheres to established timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and keep clients informed through regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate business and enterprise architecture strategies, offering insights and best practices to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to gather requirements and define business processes, information flows, and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that complies with industry standards, security protocols, and scalability needs.
  • Design and supervise the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and integration of additional Microsoft technologies and third-party applications, ensuring compatibility with Power Platform.
  • Work alongside security and compliance teams to uphold data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems through effective use of Microsoft Power Platform.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or Agile Certification is essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in program/project management with a focus on Microsoft technologies, especially Power Platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and the ability to apply architectural principles to practical scenarios.
  • Skilled in evaluating business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and crafting architectural designs that meet complex business needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a knack for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, capable of effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in mentoring junior architects and development teams.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance related to enterprise architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with clients and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Preferred certifications in Microsoft Azure or other Microsoft technologies.
