Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various hotel operations. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Handle requests for mail, messages, and packages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel products and guest services is a plus.
