Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team at Towne Housing Real Estate. As the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and vendors, this individual will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative duties, and maintain a clean and welcoming front lobby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Handle rent collections, ensure accuracy, and process payments in the property management system.
  • Coordinate utility connections for tenants, including setup and disconnection as necessary.
  • Order appliances as directed by Property Managers, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Manage intercom and allow visitors inside the building.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member, addressing inquiries when possible.
  • Maintain and update tenant records, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the management system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the team in daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and ensure a professional atmosphere at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a high level of organization.
  • Familiarity with rent collection procedures and property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
