Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott LECOM HARBORCENTER. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest services, including check-in and check-out, and process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements, including generating and printing daily reports.
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
