Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Train and evaluate front desk team members to meet quality standards.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, with front desk experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office programs and experience with property management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
