Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Account Executive to develop and manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain client retention, growth plans, and strategies to develop a profitable business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed performance metrics.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Research and track market trends, competitor behaviors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales or transportation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
At Saia, we're committed to rewarding superior employee performance. We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $85,300 annually, based on experience, as well as bonus eligibility, commission pay, car allowance, and relocation assistance.
