Job Overview:

Kinect is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in fueling the company’s growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. In this role, you'll focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing partnerships, and ensuring we deliver top-tier talent placement services. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Research, identify, and engage potential clients through market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Create and execute strategies to generate new business and grow our client base.
  • Represent Kinect at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and establish relationships.
  • Conduct compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including client feedback, placement success, and revenue metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably within recruitment/staffing, software sales, or other professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and manage projects concurrently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
