**Job Title:** Account Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales through prospecting and canvassing, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular check-ins and issue resolution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees
- Conduct safety walkouts and review safety checklists to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
