Job Overview

This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying needs and collaborating with experts to develop and implement intervention strategies for children and families.

You will serve as an advising intermediary, requisitioning additional supports and educating other providers on working with children and families.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to track progress and achieve results.

As a key member of our team, you will help children with Autism transition from intensive programs into subsequent levels of support, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Autism Support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (a plus)
