Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing a specific geographical sales territory and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves generating new revenue in retail equipment sales, servicing existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a geographical sales territory to achieve sales and profit goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers within the territory
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
- Meet or exceed company minimum sales and profit goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely processing of paperwork
- Assist with RFQs/RFPs and tenders opportunities within the territory and national accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in construction equipment or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build lasting professional relationships and provide strong customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
