YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Overseeing the assigned sales territory
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients within the defined area
- Providing timely monthly and annual sales projections
- Consistently achieving or surpassing established sales and profit targets
- Regularly updating and maintaining Customer Relationship Management records
- Completing all required product and sales training within set timelines
- Managing expenses related to territory operations, including fuel and communication costs
- Ensuring prompt processing of necessary documentation—such as demos and orders—to facilitate deal closures
- Delivering accurate trade appraisal information for timely assessments
- Assisting with Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender opportunities within the territory and for national accounts
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Previous experience in the Construction Equipment sector or related fields
- Personable, sales-oriented, and collaborative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Proficient in establishing enduring professional relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a relevant field is advantageous
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
