YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Overseeing the assigned sales territory
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients within the defined area
  3. Providing timely monthly and annual sales projections
  4. Consistently achieving or surpassing established sales and profit targets
  5. Regularly updating and maintaining Customer Relationship Management records
  6. Completing all required product and sales training within set timelines
  7. Managing expenses related to territory operations, including fuel and communication costs
  8. Ensuring prompt processing of necessary documentation—such as demos and orders—to facilitate deal closures
  9. Delivering accurate trade appraisal information for timely assessments
  10. Assisting with Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender opportunities within the territory and for national accounts

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  1. Previous experience in the Construction Equipment sector or related fields
  2. Personable, sales-oriented, and collaborative
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  4. Strong organizational capabilities
  5. Proficient in establishing enduring professional relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a relevant field is advantageous
  7. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems
  8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
