YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Overseeing the assigned sales territory
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients within the designated area
- Providing timely monthly and annual sales forecasts
- Consistently achieving or surpassing established sales and profit targets
- Regularly updating and maintaining Customer Relationship Management records
- Completing all necessary product and sales training within set timelines
- Managing costs associated with territory operations, including fuel and communication expenses
- Ensuring prompt processing of essential paperwork such as demos and orders
- Delivering accurate trade appraisal information for timely assessments
- Assisting with Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender opportunities within the territory and for national accounts
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in the Construction Equipment sector or related fields
- A people-oriented, sales-focused, and collaborative approach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- The capacity to build enduring professional relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent; technical education in a relevant field is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
