About Infinity

Infinity is a leading provider of secure communication solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to represent our client and promote our unique mobile security app to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Position our client's mobile security app as a superior solution for secure communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consumers across various verticals to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Compare and contrast consumers' current products and technologies with our client's offerings, highlighting benefits and promotions.
  • Effectively address and overcome customer objections, showcasing the value of our client's products.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in BPO, contact center, call center, or sales agency environments.
  • Business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Strong internet navigation and applications skills.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to overcome customer objections.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to analyze and address client needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation

$18/Hour + Commission
