About the Role

Infinity is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering innovative products directly to consumers through outbound calling efforts, focusing on customer service and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Address inquiries from call recipients, providing detailed information about products and services using a prepared script.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Reach out to existing dealership customers regarding service and maintenance reminders.
  • Contact customers to assess their needs and determine the best-fit solutions.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ideal candidates will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in inside sales and customer service
  • Pleasant telephone manner
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary
