Business Development Representative

Infinity is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering innovative products directly to consumers through outbound calling efforts, focusing on customer service and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Address inquiries from call recipients, providing detailed information about products and services using a prepared script.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reach out to existing dealership customers regarding service and maintenance reminders.
- Contact customers to assess their needs and determine the best-fit solutions.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills-both speaking and active listening
- Ability to build rapport on the phone
- Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ideal candidates will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in inside sales and customer service
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary
