Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in BPO, Contact Center, Call Center, or Sales Agency environments.
  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Strong internet navigation and applications skills.
  • Capacity to think critically and adapt to overcome customer objections.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through energetic and excellent execution.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and address client needs.
  • Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
