    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in extended service, limited or full-service hotel sales.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
    • Solid understanding of the Serviced Apartment rental vertical with the ability to adjust strategies based on data.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment.
    • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
    • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Proficient in Technology and Digital marketing software.
    • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.
