Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, participating in the onboarding process, and supporting the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation and onboarding materials.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Help organize and coordinate training programs and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements
  • HS diploma with 1 year of relevant experience, required.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various HR functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and working well within a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
