Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to discuss pricing and coordinate event logistics
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining HR and FMCSA driver and employee documentation
  • Oversee and manage large transportation events on-site
  • Verify schedules and assist dispatch to facilitate seamless operations
  • Occasionally perform errands to support daily operations
  • Showcase vehicles and services to new and potential clients
Qualifications:
  • This is a full-time on-site role with flexible working hours
  • Previous experience in account management and customer service is essential
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A background in hospitality is beneficial
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
