Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing intricate projects from their inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in project management, a history of successful project execution, and outstanding leadership capabilities.


Key Duties:
  • Formulate and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, financials, and resource distribution.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, offering direction, encouragement, and assistance throughout the project duration.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges.
  • Report on project status, advancements, and modifications to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct evaluations post-project to gather insights and enhance future project outcomes.


Qualifications:
  • 11+ years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage extensive and complex projects.
  • Strong command of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
