Job Overview

Luminary Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Director to lead our Real World Insights solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, focusing on Real World Insights solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support for client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of Real World Insights solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [number] years of experience in account management or sales within the Real World Insights industry.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Real World Insights and its applications in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
