We're looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Director to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading our Enterprise housing segment and driving growth through new business development. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams to identify and engage new opportunities. Your goal will be to close deals and expand our presence in the market.

Responsibilities

* Lead the Enterprise housing segment and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points
* Work closely with our sales team to drive adoption of our technology with C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives
* Support our sales team through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations and expansions
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to champion new products and solutions for the segment
* Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking

Qualifications

* 3+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher
* 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higher
* Experience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000
* Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
* Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)
