At Synthesia, we're on a mission to make video easy for everyone, and we're looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in NYC.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating, establishing, and closing opportunities within our enterprise segment. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales to develop and execute account plans, identify top targets, and build relationships with Director-level and above.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Running a full sales cycle with our Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close
  • Building your own account plans, identifying top targets, and prospecting weekly into these identified accounts
  • Full ownership of building your own pipeline and using MEDDPICC to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities
  • Presenting and selling directly to Director-level and above with the goal of building champions at this level within the organization
  • Working with your existing enterprise customers on expanding Synthesia's footprint within that organization to additional teams that can benefit from the solution

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience (3 of these years to be selling into enterprise-sized companies)
  • Experience in disruptive, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC
  • Demonstrable success/over achievement on new business targets
  • Strong executive presence tied with exceptional verbal and written English
