Job Opportunity

LGT Capital Partners Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to drive its institutional business development efforts in the US. The ideal candidate will possess experience selling alternative products and be responsible for delivering efficient fundraising execution to promote the growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise meaningful capital for the firm's various alternative strategies.
  • Work in close partnership with investment teams to position LGT's offerings effectively in the marketplace.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the sales cycle, including developing compelling narratives, identifying strategic relationships, and collaborating internally to leverage firm resources.
  • Identify unique opportunities to expand LGT's business through a value-add approach with clients and prospects.
  • Manage relationships post-funding and serve as an ambassador for the firm.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as necessary.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:
  • At least 10 years of industry experience.
  • A successful track record of winning institutional business and experience selling alternative products.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to deep dive into products and be consultative with clients/prospects.
  • A strategic and motivated approach to business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
