We are seeking a distinguished and motivating leader with extensive multi-location experience to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations (West), you will be instrumental in defining and implementing the strategic vision for our Commercial Division's parking and transportation operations, as well as technology-driven mobility solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
  • Lead the formulation and execution of strategic plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for parking operations.
  • Assess and enhance financial and operational performance across various locations to ensure profitability.
  • Proactively address budget discrepancies and propose strategies for revenue enhancement.
  • Oversee the P&L for a portfolio encompassing over 160 locations, generating $100M in aggregate revenue and managing 40K parking spaces.

Business Development:
  • Drive the identification and development of new business opportunities for our premier operations management services and suite of technology solutions.
  • Lead comprehensive business development processes, from account planning to successful client onboarding.
  • Maintain a strategic balance between operational and marketing efforts to achieve optimal growth.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and clarity regarding operational and budgetary matters.
  • Lead negotiations and agreements with new clients, expanding business relationships.

Talent Development:
  • Promote the growth of a high-performing team by creating and implementing individualized development plans.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and take corrective actions when performance does not meet expectations.
  • Encourage an inclusive environment that supports the advancement of diverse talent.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing multiple regions or a large geographic area in the parking industry.
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing high-level managers and directors to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and successful execution of initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Strong leadership capabilities focused on fostering collaboration and achieving results through a seasoned team.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams with overarching business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with diverse senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive team culture that encourages professional growth and high performance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and fostering strong client relationships.
Additional Competencies:
  • Financial analysis skills, familiarity with contract structures and terms.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, and P&L review systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
License Requirement:
Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Salary Range:
$225,000 - $255,000 per year.
